After a hectic week, our external audit for Ranau and Keningau finally done. With Ranau got 2 observations and Keningau 3 Observations.
When I was appointed as one of the working committees in MSPO in 2018, I cannot say that I really excited to take the challenge. I had an experience before as a certification member but not for long, only a year and half and I'm not really good at that. Instead of working together as a team, some member like to pointing finger to others.
But in this company, we were the pioneer as certification team. Without any training and knowledge, I only follow the instruction from our MSPO facilitator that time. I don't know how we make it; all the forms are created by us only the SOPs copy pastaaa from others but yes, we got certified in 2019. The journey was tough as all of the working members back then have other job description which is me as a admin executive, and others were second clerk, HR executive and HR assistant manager.
Cannot believe that I take the challenge this far. Now we just successfully done the 3rd Surveillance Audit, this coming December will be our recertification audit.
Let's see if we can make it happen again!
